The car's body was reshaped by Joe Wilhelm to include a chopped top, a one-piece windscreen, and a hand-crafted grille. Other unique features include frenched (or recessed) front lights and nerf bar bumpers. Don't worry, for reference we've provided some pictures of a regular XK so you can see all the differences.
The engine was rebuilt by a Paxton employee in order to experiment with supercharging applications; it made 312 horsepower when fresh, helping the car reach a sub-15-second quarter mile (allegedly).
With under 7,000 miles on the clock and a win at Pebble Beach way back when, this would be a great addition to any Jaguar or custom collection.
The body sure stands out (love the chopped top), but can't say the same for that awkward-looking nose. As for that color, well...that's up to you all.
